Lazyness is conquering me!!!!

MOATS

A deep wide ditch that is usually filled with water and goes around the walls of a palace

ü  The castle store walls,moats , iron gates and drawbridges were designed to word off maraunding and hostile armies.

MARAUD (verb)
(ransack)

To roam about or raid in search of plunder

ü  Just for kicks , bored teenagers marauded neighbourhood houses while they are away.
ü  I’ve marauded the while house for that bracelet that you lend me and it’s nowhere to be found.

PLUNDER (noun)

To steal things from a place / stolen things

ü  Those thieves divided the plunder among themselves.
ü  All evidence suggested that the plunder of the tomb had happened long ago.

HOSTILE (noun)

Unpleasant / harsh / relating to enemy

ü  The company’s president vows to fight the hostile takeover by the great coorperation
ü  Our master has a hostile attitude towards unknown and he tend to be fierce with those people he don’t really recognize.

DUNGEON (noun)

A dark underground prison in a castle

ü  The slave was dumped into the dungeon regardless disobeying the command given.

ü  A poor little boy started to cry , watching his mother being abused in the dungeon .
